Under the erstwhile Annual Plan schemes, a number of packages were taken up as CM’s Special Packages: CM’s Special Package for Conversion of 500 No. of wooden bridge to RCC Bridge CM’s Special Package for -Special Focus on Constn. of Border area Roads and Bridges CM’s Special Package for -Barak Valley (PH-I & PH-II) CM’s Special Package for -Constn./Dev. of Roads for Dhemaji District Division CM’s Special Package for -Constn./Dev. of Roads for Dhakuakhana District Division   The works are being implemented under SOPD and are at various stages of completion and progress.
